W-2 Reprint Fee

Are you a current or former University of Utah employee in need of a W-2 for a past employment year? This eCommerce page was designed to provide employees with a simple way to request W-2 tax forms from previous tax years, and pay the print fee using a personal bank account* or credit card.

Requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
W-2s for the current tax year are available after January 31st of the following year. Current tax year requests will be processed after February 15th.
IRS Form W-2s for 2010-2024 are available now for current university employees and can be accessed in Campus Information Services (CIS).
Only current employees who consented to receive an electronic W-2 can access the forms via CIS.
