Are you a current or former university employee in need of a W-2 for a past employment year?

• W-2s for the current tax year are available after January 31st of the following year. Current tax year requests will be processed after February 15th.
• IRS Form W-2s for 2010-2024 are available now for current university employees and can be accessed in Campus Information Services (CIS).
• Only current employees who consented to receive an electronic W-2 can access the forms via CIS.
• Current university employees needing technical and CIS access support can contact the University IT Help Desk at (801) 581-4000 or the ITS Service Desk at (801) 587-6000.
• Requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
